In this renovaton site in Cape Town (South Africa) a rack and pinion hoist was installed, model TORGAR T3/20-25 with a loading capacity of 2.500 kg.

Although the total height were relative smally, only three plants, the constructor appreciated at all the robustness of the machine and the big capacity of load (2.500 kg), as well as the big dimensions of the cabin (1,8 x 2,7 m).
